Alchemy™ is an immersive leadership training that artfully blends the timeless wisdom of yoga with functional strength training, intelligent movement, modern exercise science, and the transformative practice of mindful leadership.
Created by Kristen McQuaide, Founder of The Space Yoga Studio, Alchemy™ is designed for yoga teachers, Pilates instructors, fitness professionals, wellness practitioners, and dedicated students who are ready to deepen their practice, expand their knowledge, and confidently lead safe, purposeful, and transformational Yoga Sculpt classes.
At its heart, Alchemy™ is about far more than learning how to teach a workout.

Over three immersive weekends, you’ll study anatomy and biomechanics, functional strength training, yoga philosophy, intelligent sequencing, breathwork, music, cueing, leadership, heated class safety, and the art of creating meaningful experiences that leave students feeling stronger, wiser, and more connected to themselves.
Whether your goal is to become a Yoga Sculpt instructor, elevate your existing teaching, or simply deepen your understanding of movement and the human body, Alchemy™ provides an exceptional educational experience rooted in excellence, integrity, and community.

Each training day includes a lunch break along with natural bio breaks throughout the day.
Certification Requirements
To receive your Alchemy™ Leadership Certificate, participants agree to:
• Attend all scheduled training sessions, or complete any missed session by viewing the recorded Zoom class.
• Complete 10 complimentary classes at The Space Yoga Studio during the training.
• Observe 4 instructor-led classes at The Space Yoga Studio.
• Successfully complete all homework assignments, workbook exercises, practice teaching, and final written and practical assessments.
Throughout the duration of your training, all regularly scheduled classes at The Space Yoga Studio are complimentary for enrolled trainees.
