Detoxifying Poses: Include poses that stimulate digestion and detoxification, such as Twists (seated or standing), Forward Bends (like Paschimottanasana), back bedns and energizing Sun Salutations.
Cool Down and Savasana: End with a long, restorative Savasana where participants visualize their detox process, focusing on releasing negativity and inviting fresh energy.
