This class is on a sliding scale. Pay the amount that works for you and your budget.
We ask for no more or less than what you can genuinely afford.
Kindly book in advance and bring your yoga mat.
You can find a nice variety of yoga mats, slings, and props from our lifestyle boutique.
We also have mat rentals based upon availability.
To ensure your mat space, kindly book in advance on Mindbody.
Please remove your shoes once you enter the building.
The studio door is open for 15 minutes for every class.
We lock the front door the minute the class starts. This way, everyone gets the whole 60-minute experience.
The class will be hosted in the Large Studio - It will be a little warm in there.
