We have created a workshop that will invite you to move slowly to connect deeply to the wisdom of your body and breath.

Surrender & sink into the nourishing energy of Mother Earth while the Sound Bath tunes your chakras.

We intend for you to head home feeling refreshed & rejuvenated.

Hosted in our Small studio 

Breakfast treats & Tea served

What you can expect:

The workshops start with a Slow Flow led by Alorha 

Followed by Pranayama Yoga Nidra and Guided Meditation led by Kristen. 

We will close our workshop with a Sound Bath of 8-10 Chakra-tuned crystal singing bowls, rain sticks, hand symbols, etc.
