11/11 10:30 AM - 11:45 AM Find your comfort
This class will make your pregnancy more comfortable. We will focus on stabilizing the pelvic and sacral joints and toning the pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles that help to provide support for the growing baby. The benefits of this practice will be carried over postnatally.
11/25 10:30 AM - 11:45 AM Breath and surrender
Let's create more space and ease for your pregnant body. Join this class to stretch the side body to help facilitate easier breathing and create more space within. We will also release tightness in the lower back and do breathwork for birth preparation.
12/2 10:30 AM - 11:45 AM Connect with your inner Goddess
The strength is within! This practice is designed to connect with the power that resides in every mama-to-be. We will practice stronger poses to tone the muscles and build the stamina that will be needed during labor and postpartum.
12/9 10:30 AM - 11:45 AM Restorative class
Right before the holiday season, this much-needed 75-minute class will offer ultimate relaxation. We will explore yogic pain management tools helpful during labor and breathing techniques to activate the parasympathetic nervous system to release anxiety.
