We’re inviting fall winter in as we re-introduce our Slow Candle Flow to Wednesday Nights beginning on November 5th at 6:00 PM.
This practice is perfect for finishing your busy day and dropping into Candle Flow vibes.
Candlelight Flow provides a space to unwind, let go, and honor what you need. Practicing asana by candlelight allows you to look within and reconnect with yourself.
This relaxing, slow flow, often moving through Moon Salutations, is a wonderful grounding practice that encourages you to peacefully quiet, calm the mind, release tightness in the body, and soothe the soul, helping you relax into your evening.
This class is designed to restore your energy and take the stress off your shoulders. Slow Flow merging of Hatha & Vinyasa-style class by candlelight.
You can expect some Pranayama practice (breathing techniques) to balance your mind, body, and spirit.
Yoga props offered.
A 60-minute class with a rewarding extended savasana.
