These boards are training tools for speed skaters, hockey players, and figure skaters off-season, simulating ice gliding to improve balance, strength, and agility.
Along with the Ultra Glide Boards, we use kettlebells, medicine balls, weighted bats, balance balls, jump ropes, weighted belts, and more.
Each session is fresh and exciting, helping you tone your body and boost your heart rate, leaving you energized and happy.
