Mother's Day Gentle Flow & Sound Bathing

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a nurturing 60-minute experience designed to honor rest, connection, and gentle renewal.
This all-levels class begins with 30 minutes of slow, accessible yoga featuring mindful movement, soft stretching, and breath awareness to release tension and invite ease into the body. Movements are intentionally gentle and supportive, making the practice welcoming for everyone, regardless of experience.
The second half of the class transitions into a deeply restorative 30-minute sound bath. As you rest comfortably, soothing tones and vibrations from instruments such as crystal bowls and chimes will wash over you, helping to calm the nervous system and guide you into a meditative state of relaxation.
