We’ll begin with an energizing Yoga Sculpt class designed to build strength, elevate your heart rate, and leave you feeling empowered. Then, settle into a deeply restorative Sound Bath to relax, recharge, and restore.

Afterward, stay and enjoy a thoughtfully curated collection of local vendors featuring jewelry, coffee, light bites, and other community favorites while connecting with friends old and new.
