Chakras are powerful, energetic centers within the subtle body that play a critical role in overall balance and health. I will guide how to open, align and balance your chakras to activate, nurture and delve deeper into a more fulfilling life.

Please join Nicole Schafer 200 HR RYT for this all levels workshop. It will encompass the basics of chakra's while working through specific poses/asana's with essential oils and healing meditation.

No prior experience needed, everyone is welcome.

Essential oils, yoga mats and props will be provided.
