The Art of Flight: A Two-Part Arm Balance Series
Take your practice off the floor in this comprehensive two-part intensive. We’ve designed this series to move from the essential mechanics of "lifting off" to the refined strength required for advanced transitions. Join Kristen McQuaide at The Space Yoga Studio for a part, three-hour deep dive into the art of arm balancing.

This two-part series is designed to break down the mechanics of flight—focusing on core integration, wrist health, and the physics of weight distribution.
Whether you’re just starting to find your "air time" or looking to refine your transitions, we’ll move through a progressive flow that builds the strength and confidence needed to stick these peak poses.

You can attend just one workshop or both. To get CEU one is required to take both.

Interactive Learning – Theory 30 min.

Yoga Session Prep for flgiht 60 min
